Return Policy

We accept returns of unused, unopened non-toxic scented candles within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

The refund will include the purchase price of the non-toxic scented candles and any applicable taxes. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your non-toxic scented candle for a different fragrance or product, please contact us first to ensure the desired item is in stock. The same 30-day return window applies to exchanges.

For exchanges, we'll provide instructions on returning your original item. Once received, we'll ship out your new selection. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective non-toxic scented candle, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund at our expense. Claims for damaged items must be made within 7 days of receipt.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@xelfrozex.world with your order number and return request.
  2. Receive Instructions: We'll provide return instructions and a return authorization number.
  3. Package Your Return: Securely package the candles in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send your package to the provided return address with your return authorization number clearly marked.
  5. Refund Processing: Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Non-toxic scented candles that have been lit or used
  • Candles with damaged packaging (unless received that way)
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 2 weeks of processing, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us.

International Returns

We accept international returns for our non-toxic scented candles following the same policy, but please note that international shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and import duties or taxes may not be refundable.
